Developing strong communication skills takes both awareness and practice. Throughout this course, you will master attuned communication – the art of responding to challenging behaviors with scripts and strategies that de-escalate tension and preserve dignity. As a result, you will move from reactive discipline to proactive, magnetic messages that reach even the hardest-to-reach students.
