We deep dive into the science of attachment and social-emotional learning (SEL), moving from “compliance-based” management to “connection-based” leadership.
The classroom is often called the “third teacher.” This course explores how to intentionally design and manage physical and emotional spaces that reduce anxiety and spark curiosity. You will learn to audit your current environment through the lens of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice, ensuring every student feels a sense of safety and belonging from the moment they walk through the door.
Each course consists of 4 modules. While you can move at your own pace, most educators find that dedicating 1–2 hours per module (including reflection activities) allows for the best integration of the material.
Yes. You will have lifetime access to the course materials, allowing you to revisit the videos and resources whenever you need a “tune-up” during the school year.
