Relationships are the foundation of all learning. This course provides a deep dive into the science of attachment and social-emotional learning (SEL). You will move from “compliance-based” management to “connection-based” leadership, learning how to build deep, authentic trust with students and their families. This course is about becoming the “regulated, attuned adult” that every child needs.

How long does each course take to complete?
Each course consists of 4 modules. While you can move at your own pace, most educators find that dedicating 1–2 hours per module (including reflection activities) allows for the best integration of the material.
Is this course self-paced?
Yes. You will have lifetime access to the course materials, allowing you to revisit the videos and resources whenever you need a “tune-up” during the school year.
Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Absolutely. Upon finishing all 4 modules you will be issued a certificate from Attuned Educators that can be used for professional development hours (check with your specific district for approval).

No. All course materials are hosted directly on our website. You just need a stable internet connection and a device (laptop, tablet, or phone) to access the videos and course materials.
